June 16 · Lorri MillerWe are so grateful to have found Empire Ranch Veterinary! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the kind and friendly staff. The veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable and took such wonderful care of our pet, treating them like family. It’s clear that everyone here truly has a passion for what they do. It means so much to have a place we can trust, especially with such an important part of our lives. We’re so excited to support this amazing new clinic and look forward to many more visits. Thank you for everything!
April 26 · Lucinda CamposDON'T GO HERE. I brought my new puppy here to establish a relationship and get him comfortable with going in for check ups. Never having done this before I wasn't aware, but this vet is just like any other business for profit. They don't listen and try and sale you products that you don't need. I was sold ear medication for the puppy after the vet "smelled" his ear and said that it was infected. Looking into it the products that they sold me are a 1/4 of the price on Amazon, and doing research online found that this is a common tatic to upscale products... I was informed to bring a fecal sample in, so I did. They took the fecal and said that they will be sending it out for testing and reach out with the results. They called the very next day around 2:30 saying that there was no issues all clear... I don't know of any service that you "send" in the sample and have a response back in less than 24 hrs. Mind you this was a $65.00 charge. Very disappointing and their money grab worked this time but they have lost a life long customer to increase profits in the short term.
October 08 · Lawrence GilgenWe had to bring our ailing cat here after she suffered an episode at home, and had to make the decision to put her to sleep. We had our young kids with us who refused to leave our cat's side. The staff went above and beyond in their care with our cat, as well as their thoughtfulness with our children. Thank you for making the first loss of a pet for our children as comforting as possible considering the situation.
September 26 · Gina DuaneFelt heard and understood as soon as we came in. We think our dog eat a bee and got stung and her face was super swollen. They took such good care of her and they really took their time with her. They also helped understand the billing/ what they would recommend because we couldn’t pay for the whole work up. So thankful for them! Hopefully we won’t need to be back but I know where we will go if we do!
