★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came in and received unexpected and distressing news regarding my dog’s health. The doctor was very kind, staying hours after closing and helping to watch my toddler as we made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our very beloved pet. I got to spend precious time comforting our dear dog in his last moments on this earth. I feel that the doctor really cared. While the atmosphere is quite posh, I feel there was so much heart here, with the vet even crying with me as we let a dear friend go. I recommend the care highly and felt the cost was definitely worth the care I received. In memory of Bruce.
September 12 · Stephanie CottrellOur first visit to GoodVets was amazing. While we received heartbreaking news and had to let our dear kitty go, we received the kindest and most compassionate care. I was so impressed by Dr. Charlton and the staff of GoodVets. Even though we went as a workin without an appointment, we were given time to say goodbye to our beloved cat, who had been with us for 16 years. I can't say enough good things. They were so kind and caring...you could tell this was not a job for them. It's a calling and Goodvets answers the call with compassion. I'm tearful as I write this review, I wish the outcome had been different but I'm so grateful that our kitty didn't suffer and Goodvets was there in our time of need.
September 23 · Hilary HelkennEveryone was so nice & welcoming! They are very upfront about any costs & let you know exactly what they are doing along the way! Cost was a concern with me, which is what kept me from getting my dog’s teeth extracted, with the wellness plan it was exactly the help I needed! The monthly payments are convenient & come with so many benefits, totally worth it! They were more than happy to compare pricing with & without the wellness plan! So excited we found our new home vet! It was also super easy to make an appointment, I was able to book @ 3 pm for a 4 pm appointment the same day! Also the first visit was free, what a deal! So happy!!
February 17 · LaCrisha PraegerI was able to call and book an appointment day-of with ease (a true rarity in this field, it seems). Front desk/reception was welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Charlton and her vet tech took excellent care of my cat. Dr. Charlton was attentive to my every question regarding my cat's health and aftercare, as well as taking the time to call me personally to go over the imaging and test results following the appointment. The medication she prescribed began to resolve my cat's issue almost immediately, and his condition continues to improve. Easily the best veterinarian and most positive veterinary experience I have seen or had.Update: GoodVets PV has become my primary veterinarian, and I could not be more pleased with their services. Dr. Charlton and the GoodVets team continue to provide kind, attentive, expert care — from reception, to the exam room, to assisting in getting pets back into vehicles if needed. Very highly recommended.
October 02 · Daniel SDr. Charlton, Dr. Kile, and the entire office were amazing! We rushed our pug named Percy early on Friday. They made room to fit him in as he was not eating or drinking water. They did blood work and an x-ray, but could not find anything. Dr. Charlton called me personally and helped us every step of the way. They did an ultra sound and found a kids toy stuck in his stomach. They did not have any availability that day to do the surgery, but they called around for us as I was not having luck finding a place that could take him in last minute. Dr. Kile was able to find an office. They even sent over the results of the ultra sound so that the Dr. knew exactly where the toy was stuck. Dr. Charlton even followed up with me personally along the way to check in on Percy. Highly recommend GoodVets. Without Dr. Charlton and Dr. Kile Percy would not have made it. Thank you Team!
