★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been taking our three dogs here for 9 years. Whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency I always know that the fur babies are in excellent hands. Dr. Howard was able to treat our peek-a-pug’s mysterious illness - that turned out to be the very rare sterile panniculitis. She never gave up. She was also was crucial in the after treatment of my teacup Yorkie’s scorpion bite. After his stay at the emergency hospital she quickly got him back up to speed and on track for a full recovery. Dr. Howard is so comfortable with our Cane Corso as well. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. Margaret at the front desk is outstanding and deserves a special shout out for always handling our emergencies so quickly.
September 09 · Veronica RCrossroads came in clutch for me this weekend! I needed to get my cat in for an asap sedative grooming and not only did they schedule me first thing the next morning, but they made time to get him groomed same day despite their busy schedule. Jocelyn was absolutely wonderful, very professional and did an excellent job on my cat. I was extremely satisfied with their quality of service and professionalism. Definitely recommend them!
July 13 · latinagrl123One of our cats had an open wound under his chin, and we had no idea how it got there. Crossroads got us in quickly and worked with us on a plan to treat him. We chose to go with an antibiotic shot, and the wound quickly healed up. We will definitely be using this office for our other cats and any future needs!
March 06 · Mercedes R.My blind cat, Barbara Lee, very suddenly became sick and needed to see a vet. I called about 8 different vets and there were no openings anywhere. I ended up calling Crossroads at 12:30pm and they were able to see me at 1 pm. They were so caring and kind on the phone, as well as in person. I was greeted when I walked in, my appointment began on-time, and the vet tech and veterinarian were so nice and very attentive to my concerns regarding Barbara Lee. They checked her vitals, did a full wellness exam, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan for Barbara. Their prices were very honest and affordable. I definitely plan on making appointments for the rest of my cats. It has only been 45 min since my appointment and Barbara Lee is already feeling way better. Thank you!!
May 03 · Hannah LandisI have been going to Crossroads Veterinary Clinic for years and they have done an incredible job taking care of my animals, especially Poppy. Dr. Howard is knowledgeable and thoughtful in everything she does. She truly cares about the wellbeing of the animals she sees. Poppy and I want to thank the entire staff for all that you do!
