★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I Highly recommend Heineke Veterinary Hospital!! Dr. Brandon and his staff have Always taken such good care of my little Cooper!! Today, I took Cooper in for his cleaning, but had some concerns of things going on with my dog. I wrote a note of my concerns and gave it to Dr. Brandon. He called me “2” times to go over my concerns and checked Cooper out before his cleaning. Dr. Brandon gave me a third call to let me know everything went well. He is such a caring and compassionate Dr! If your looking for a new Vet.. This is the place!!
April 28 · Sherry HekmatyarDr. Brandon and his team are truly exceptional. My golden retriever recently had to undergo a spaying procedure, and I was so impressed by the care they provided. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and followed up to ensure she was recovering well. I never have to worry about her when she’s at Heineke because I know she’s in the best hands. I’m incredibly grateful for all the care and attention you’ve given to Maggie!
March 24 · Kayli RedwineThe staff at Heineke Veterinary Hospital is the best! Dr. Brandon took very good care of my SammyJo during some dental and cyst removal surgery. Communication during the procedure was much appreciated. Kreslell spoke with me after the procedure and put a nervous “dog mom” at ease with instructions for care.
May 20 · Peggy BerkemeyerDr. Brandon and his staff saved my dogs life. He is compassionate knowledgeable and kind. Our dog, Shiloh, was seeing another vet but had been having symptoms for almost 5 months which went undiagnosed and were getting worse. In desperation, I called the Heineke Vet office on a Sunday and left a message, hoping Shiloh would make it through the night. I received a phone call at 8 AM the next morning and brought Shiloh in right away. After a full examination and an x-ray, he was diagnosed with megaesophagus. I was given hope that with proper care he would be able to thrive again and he has. Shiloh was 14 years old but has recently passed away. Even then, we have received so much support and encouragement through this sad and difficult time. I could not recommend Dr. Brandon, his staff, and the entire practice highly enough. Words cannot express our gratitude and how much it has meant to our family.
