★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was debating on writing this but I feel like others need to hear my story. Back sometime in June/July my dog had a seizure. I took him here because he’s never had one before and I was extremely worried. I also read a lot of good reviews and felt like I could trust this establishment. When I got there Dr. Hall told me that my dog most likely had epilepsy and that he probably has had it since he was a puppy but I just never noticed. This did not sit right with me. My dog, ever since he was 8 weeks old, has gone almost everywhere with me. He was a service dog in training from 8 weeks old until 1 1/2 years old. We were inseparable during that time. I also work from home and have never once noticed him have a seizure. Luckily, they did some tests and I found out he has cancer. Even though being told that my dog has probably had seizures his whole life didn’t sit well with me, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. I also got a second opinion just in case and yes, he does have cancer. A few weeks ago my dog turned very sick. He was not eating his food or treats, not drinking, very lethargic, and defecated on himself. I took him back here and Dr. Hall didn’t take long to look at him before telling me that he was just experiencing allergies. He knows my dog has cancer. My dog has also never experienced bad allergies before, so I was in disbelief. I even asked “why did he defecate on himself then?” And he said “he was probably backed up.” This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I felt as if he was not taking my concerns seriously and was extremely dismissive both times I was there. Luckily, I went with my gut and went to get a second opinion. At the other vet they actually took the time to look him over. They noticed his gums and tongue were pale, which made them decide to run some tests. I then found out that my dog was experiencing internal bleeding from his cancer. If I had not gone to this second vet, who knows what could have happened. My dogs are my life, I do anything and everything for them. I went here trusting that my dog would get treated as anyone would treat a person or a pet of their own. Instead I felt incredibly dismissed both times I have been here. It hurts to know that someone just does not take a client seriously, especially knowing that my dog has a very aggressive form of cancer. I just want people to be aware and cautious when going here. I truly hope that I’m the odd one out here and no one else has ever had to experience what I did when going here. I will say that the front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful though. They were kind enough to give me a refund. Anyway, please be cautious. I don’t want anyone to go through with what I did.
October 02 · Miah HThe whole staff is always super nice. It feels like they really care about their patients and families. Whenever there's been something we didn't understand, they've always taken time to explain it a different way until we did. We've faced some difficult situations with them and felt they couldn't have handled things any better. My parents drive an hour out the way to come here with their pets because they do such a good jobWould give 7 stars if it let me.
July 23 · joey gollerDr. Tony is a phenomenal veterinarian. He is very honest and prices are not over the top. He is also a very caring individual when losing a fur friend. His staff is also quite loving and seem to be compassionate as well. We have been clients since the practice opened and have not had a bad experience! The only issue is reaching someone on call after hours instead of directing you to an emergency hospital. I know it's hard as a one vet practice to be on call 24/7, but a medvet visit is extremely expensive when possibly not needed.
September 25 · taunya sanerDr Hall did an excellent job. Our dog needed an emergency appointment and they fit us in at short notice. They treated him very well and were efficient and clear with instructions. For a procedure, exam, treatment, and meds to take home the price was very reasonable. All the staff was excellent and helpful. We are very grateful to have a vet we trust in the area.
June 06 · Mary Clare WallMy dog was acting very sickly. I took him here as a walk in. They were very busy and fully booked and still got us in. And there was no wait time. The whole process was smoothly. They really treated it like an emergency and didn’t put us off. They were amazing and our doggy made a quick recovery. Everyone was so kind and patient and professional. This will be our go to vet for all our fur babies for now on. And the cat that lives here named Ned is awesome and super fluff!
