★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Something very special happened this week. My dog had ingested some kind of poison, and I rushed her to this place. They diagnosed the issue right away, administered activated charcoal, gave her a shot and some medication. The odds were slim to none — but I’m so grateful to say that by Friday, she was alive and well, playing, eating, and back to her normal self. This place saved my dog’s life. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended them.
June 06 · Daye3hunna Daye3hunnaIn today's world honest veterinary care is far and few between. My pets are my life and affording their medical care whether just general check ups or (god forbid) an emergency has become so financially unrealistic that it makes it almost impossible to do everything right. Everything is expensive and I am someone who would do anything possible to save my dogs. They are family.Unfortunately recently I have had some major blows with my furry kiddos that I honestly could not of gotten through it without the support and kindness that Pet Urgent Care showed. Our old man recently diagnosed with a terminal heart mass, our little guy with IVDD (Yes no matter how responsible you are, dogs age and things happen). Working with multiple veterinarians clinics on both an emergency and general capacity with these ailments it eventually led me here to Steve Gilson at Pet Urgent Care. I was getting no answers anywhere and spending wayyyy more than I had. I was beyond frustrated to say the least. One visit here I had all the answers I needed in BOTH situations. We now have time with my old man through low dose chemo. My little is 100% back to normal and most of all we are armed with the knowledge we needed. The support was unreal. I have since then sent my niece and nephew here with both their dogs and same experience! There are no words that I could write in this review to truly reflect my appreciation to this vet other than to share my experience here in hopes that other people are lucky to find them. They are a small clinic which I originally thought was only for emergencies but they see regular clients too. They specialize in surgeries and are a great lower cost in and out facility. They are honest, intelligent and proactive. They care and they always do what is best for the dog. Another nice bonus is that they are open when everyone else is not! 10 out of 10 for Pet Urgent Care!
August 14 · Loni TylerI’m so grateful for the incredible care we received at this pet urgent care. The team was professional, honest, and showed true compassion while helping my senior dog Gabby. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided affordable care without cutting corners. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and their owners. Highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care for their furry family members.
June 25 · Tyler BrandOf course it had to be a Sunday afternoon that my dog, Lola, got bit by another dog and was left with a tear in her ear. This clinic took her in 45 minutes before closing, got her all stitched up, and sent her home with all the meds she needed. They never made me feel bad for rushing in so close to closing and seemed to genuinely care that Lola got taken care of properly and that she left feeling better than she came in.Highly recommend this clinic and their staff!
August 17 · Lindsay HullIf you care even remotely about your pet’s well-being — go somewhere else. My experience at this clinic was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever had in any medical setting, human or animal. And that distinction belongs squarely to Rachel, the so-called “office manager.”Her demeanor was cold, dismissive, and wildly unprofessional — especially toward someone clearly anxious and concerned as a first-time pet owner. Rather than offering support, she chose to humiliate. She spoke about me within earshot, criticizing my lack of “knowledge” and implying that I was negligent for not knowing the exact mechanism of my dog’s injury — an injury that occurred while I was at work, which I discovered on camera and immediately left to address. To be clear: the vet and male assistant were compassionate and competent. But Rachel’s behavior was so inappropriate and demeaning, it left me genuinely fearful about the level of care my dog would receive behind closed doors. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unethical. When my sister called to raise concern about the treatment I received, Rachel doubled down, denying everything and suggesting I had fabricated the entire encounter. Odd, considering she had previously told me — in detail — about another pet owner she described as “drugged out” whose dog died suddenly. According to her, that’s who she was talking about. So, which is it, Rachel? You didn’t say it, or you did but it wasn’t about me?This isn’t an isolated incident. Anyone can scroll through the many reviews citing Rachel’s toxic, power-tripping attitude. This is a pattern — and if left unchecked, it will be the downfall of this clinic. You can’t claim to be an advocate for animals while employing someone so openly hostile to the people who care for them.
