★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Dr. Michael Keller – Plantation Veterinary ClinicI had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dr. Michael Keller today at the Plantation Veterinary Clinic, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He works with both small pets and large farm animals, and it's clear that his experience and passion for animals run deep.I brought in my dog Moose — a tiny Chihuahua with the attitude of a lion — and I was honestly nervous about how things would go. Moose is usually a "Chihuahua killing machine" (his words, not mine!), and he doesn't trust easily. I have not been able to take Moose to many vets because of his attitude, but Dr. Keller was incredible. With a calm, compassionate approach and deep understanding of animal behavior, he managed to not only treat Moose but gain his trust in a matter of minutes. What truly blew me away? After performing a tooth extraction, Dr. Keller was able to pet Moose — something I never thought I’d see from a stranger, let alone a vet. His ability to connect with animals, no matter how feisty, is truly special. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional vet for your pets or farm animals, Dr. Keller is the one to call. I’m so grateful we found him — and I think Moose is too (even if he won’t admit it yet!).Thank you to Dr.Keller and his wonderful staff.
June 07 · jimmyThis clinic is the best I've ever been to - friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and it's obvious they love animals. My goldendoodle felt right at home there and was treated so warmly.
August 24 · Jim D.A phenomenal experience with two very scaredy cats who usually despise vet visits. We had no real wait time. The nurse who checked us in was very kind, so much so both cats had no trouble being picked up and carried by her.Doctor Keller was such a calming presence that both cats calmed down further in his presence. His advice was practical and helpful. There was no upselling *at all* - a first for me at any veterinary clinic. If you have any sort of animal who needs care, I highly recommend Dr. Keller and his staff at Plantation Veterinary Clinic.
September 22 · Jen JewellI love Plantation Vet! Staff is very caring and polite. Dr. Keller never rushes you and your pet out of the office. He's very caring and thorough. I drive an hour just to have the absolute best for my furbabies with very reasonable prices. Just recently had my 3 seniors for dental and my ZuZu had a cyst removed near his private area. I didn't have to ask for pain meds or how to care for him after surgery, it was provided with instructions unlike past experiences at other places. I highly recommend Plantation vet!
January 19 · Melissa FittererI really liked this office and the vet was very knowledgeable, but I won't be back and here's why. My dobbie mix escaped his fenced in yard and got hit by a car on a Monday morning at 7am. So I loaded him up to run to the vet, was going to Plantation Veterinary but they wouldn't see me right when they opened and my baby was winning and hurt, just told me nope we don't see any walk-ins. I was very upset because I always asked the office that if I ever had an emergency would you see them and they said we would try to work you in but it's not guaranteed, this was told to me 10 days prior where I paid them $404.00 for a yearly checkup. But then when I had this very serious emergency that was life and death and they said nope we don't do that at all. I can understand that they are small office, but this was critical and I needed to know if there was internal injuries or he was going to make it. I used to work in the medical field and you take oaths and don't turn away critical care injuries. So we jumped in the car and I called Laurie County Animal Clinic, never been here and they understood the seriousness and said bring him in. They were awesome and my dobbie is going to make it. He has some fractures but is healing and will return for a follow up in a week. I cannot say how much I really appreciate them for relieving my baby of his pain and giving him excellent lifesaving care. I will not go anywhere else.
