★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Found a lost dog and brought her here to check if she was microchipped. The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. Gave her a quick health exam, checked for a chip, gave us an unopened bag of dog food, and provided us with plenty of suggestions on what to do next and where to go and never asked for any money. I will absolutely be bringing my own dog here if ever needed and highly highly recommend. Thank you so much!!(P.s. the owners were found the same day!)
April 21 · Connor JacobWe have been taking our pets to VCA for about 15 years. They have always been great. Providing quick service and a great waiting room with water, coffee, and tea. They have a separate cat waiting room, so those furbabies don't get so stressed around all the dogs. The technicians and veterinarians have been loving, gentle, and knowledgeable with our pets. I definitely recommend them.UPDATE:We have now been with them almost 20 years and they are still fantastic. Unfortunately we had to let our Chihuahua go over the rainbow bridge. We took him there and they were so amazingly helpful and caring. He had all of his care with them over the years and we had him over 16 years. They had a special room with doggie snacks and a very calming atmosphere. I just brought our other furbaby to get a cyst checked out. They were so helpful and explained their recommended treatment. The surgery they recommended was a little out of our budget so the vet gave me a print out of some lower cost options. We had a new technician (I think that's what they are called) and he took the extra time to explain everything and was so personable and caring. I always leave there very satisfied with their service. And as a bonus they really make us all feel cared for.
September 04 · Victoria PerkinsThis veterinarian clinic is excellent. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The pricing I got was 1/4 of what I was quoted by another vet. Dr. Koch was so helpful. He explained everything in great detail.
April 09 · Brian Van KampenI would strongly recommend against this vet because they routinely do not leave enough sick animal appointments. Unfortunately this is an example of how corporate greed has started to take over animal care. There have been four different times that my dog had an abrasion, ear infection, etc. and they never had time to work him in. My other vets would work me in, often without a huge fee, but this vet doesn't. Not only do they not keep enough slots open, they also charge a hefty fee to work you in.I also did not like how one of the vets basically shouts and scared my dog to the point where he hid under the chair. These people were not there for my dog multiple times when he needed them. Instead, they referred me to an animal hospital in Chandler over a thirty minute drive away! I will be finding a privately owned vet and recommend that you do the same.
June 07 · Laura SummerlandJust had to put down our sweet girl Myshka, been a long battle trying to help with her sickness and I’m forever grateful to Dr Stormy and Dr Rudolph for everything they’ve done to help. Unfortunately we were unable to find the reason for Myshka’s suffering but the amount of care provided never faltered. Thank you all for everything.
